All that needs to be done is to create a blog that will be significant and visible in cyberspace. You have to make reviews of the current movies and music. You have to offer your opinions about the latest gadgets and events. In short, you have to be very current with everything and you have to be able to go with the flow and to take your readers with you.

If you have the time and the brains, give it a try and start making your online connections… it won’t take too much effort.

In the evolving corporate world, many companies realize the importance of having many qualified employees. Because of this, many people now are employed; only a few people are left in their homes, sitting duck. Since many people are now involved in the business world, many of them may actually be forgetting how lucky they are to be employed.

One of the things that the employed should be thankful for are their salaries. Of course it is evident that money makes the business world rotate. Nowadays, nothing is given for free. In order to survive one must have cash to buy his food, to pay his rent and to be able to go to his work place.

Another thing that many take for granted is the privilege they are given. Those who are employed are privileged enough, though they many not know it, to be able to help not just the economy of their country, but also the global economy. Without these employed people, the economy would not be able to go on with its everyday changes.

Having a job is a very important thing, especially nowadays. However, it is sad to say that many people fail to see the many positive things about having a job.

When the sh*t hit the fan during this current financial crisis, it was said that the first industry to get devastated is the most recently activated industry in the Philippines- the trade on Business Outsourcing. True enough, a significant number of call centers in the country resorted to letting go a huge number of their work force, most of them the low level agents.

However it may be noticed that for the major business outsourcing companies in the country, the more devastating effects have been kept at bay. Ever since the initial wave of lay offs, the ripples of the crisis that followed seem to have decreased dramatically- no more mass lay offs occurred. The major companies are still open for hiring, as a matter of fact. Other branches of these companies have gone on with the construction, springing right up and promising more jobs to Filipinos in various parts of the country.

What justifies this inconsistency? It’s actually a very basic logic- the stability of the company’s clients. If the business outsourcing company functions for a particularly stable and fairly huge company in the US, the effects of the recession are cushioned extensively, to the point that the jobs of even their lowest level agents are protected.

This means that call center agents could still enjoy the benefits of having a job if they work for any of the major companies, their jobs are safe… for now.

If one looks in the street, one will find many stray juveniles who are supposed to be studying in their age. Some of them have domestic problems and many of them are persuaded by many bad influences in the dangerous streets. However, though most of them do not study because they can’t (maybe because of financial problems), some of these juveniles are still able to study but they are not studying because they simply don’t want to. They do not see the long term profit of their studying.

Maybe at the meantime, these kids could not see the many profits they will enjoy if they study now. They might be thinking that studying is merely a waste of their time and efforts; they might think that studying is merely an obstacle between them and earning money now. Yes, they could earn money if they work now instead of spend money if they go to school; however, if they want to have a better pay in the future, it is best if they sacrifice a little today. A good education, most of the time, ensures a better future.

There are more reasons why education is considered as one of the most important things one should have. If one thinks that the reasons why it is better not to study now outweighs the reasons why to study now, he should look at education more closely and try to see the long term enjoyment he will have upon graduation.
